    Room is spacious, had plenty of space for two of us. The hotel is a little hard to find at first (share the same building as SeaCloud hotel), had to change lifts to get to the lobby. View of the beach is amazing and you can catch the sunset too! There is a bus stop nearby and about 10 mins walk to Haeundae station

    The room was very large and had a small kitchenette. If you plan on cooking, I'd suggest bringing your own pots and pans, though honestly I wouldn't bother — there's so much food in the area. The view was of the beach and a large LED screen on the building opposite. There's an open-air gym on the 19th floor, which I used quietly to avoid disturbing the rooms nearby. The hotel is very close to the beach, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The main issue I had was the constant door-slamming. The doors don't close slowly, they slam shut. The next-door room was constantly opening and closing as guests went back and forth to another room on the floor where their friends were staying. It can be very annoying, especially in the evening. While this isn't unique to this hotel, the swimming pool closes at the end of September. If pool access is important to you, I'd check whether it's open at other nearby hotels. You could always swim in the sea instead. One more thing: the handbook notes that when the pool is open, it costs ₩20,000 per person. I'd check whether pool usage is included in your room rate, as that seems expensive for something you'd expect to come with the stay. Also bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. They cost ₩1,000 per pack at the front desk.

    I booked a triple room with a sea view based on the photos shown in the listing. Unfortunately, the actual room was quite different from the photos. The advertised room showed the sea across the entire window, but my room faced another hotel building directly opposite, with the sea only visible from the right side. I could not enjoy the sea view from the bed or upon waking up and had to stand by the window and look sideways. I feel the room photos should represent the actual room views more accurately. The room itself was spacious, which was a plus. However, the bathroom door knob was loose, and the door protection kept falling off. For a room booked for three people, only two towels were provided initially. The attitude of the counter staff could also be improved. The location is great if your main purpose is Haeundae Beach, but it is less convenient if you plan to travel around Busan, as most attractions require quite a bit of travelling. Overall, the hotel has a good location and spacious rooms, but the difference between the advertised sea view and the actual view, together with the maintenance and service issues, made the stay less satisfactory than expected. Considering the price paid, I do not feel the overall experience was worth the money.
