It was very convenient for our needs. We needed a place to spent the night as our flight was the day after. The staff was friendly, the rooms was clean and it seems to be a good location in the downtown

The manager Abdallah was very friendly, welcoming & kind. I liked that me and my partner felt very safe in this accommodation and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Mahmoud was lovely and Mohamed was very nice guy. The accommodation was in a great location! Maybe shops and restaurants around with short walking distance and in general a safe area & accommodation to be in.

IT IS NOT A HOTEL. IT IS A HOSTEL/ B&B. We have booked and paid for a one bedroom room with a balcony and all facilities example kettle,TV etc. Unfortunately when we had arrived at the accommodation we was given a different room which was a four bed private dormitory room. The manager said that he would change us rooms the next day so we agreed to stay for one night in the dormitory room. However the next day again he didn’t have the room we originally booked available and offered us a twin bed room with no balcony we decided to stay in the dormitory as at least had a balcony and some light. It was kind of clean not perfect it did have a balcony and private bathroom but was definitely not worth the price we paid and not what we expected. The bathroom was old and had a broken mirror, no kettle or TV or facilities which were provided in our original booking and of course having to sleep in bunk beds. The doors were very old wooden one and you can hear all the noise in the common area of people waking in and out or on their phones. Breakfast was felafel in pita bread ordered from a vendor across the street a take away kind of service but was tasty. As it’s a hostel they do not clean the room daily & no fresh towels etc we had to ask to things to be cleaned etc. As I stated it’s a hostel style and business not hotel. They should correct the name & information. To note they actually did not have any one bedroom rooms with a balcony in the building we arrived to. The manager said he had a few hostels yet he said other guest were staying longer so he gave them our room as we only stay for two nights. However if that’s the case they shouldn’t have accepted our booking if they end up giving different rooms and not the ones you originally booked.
