Very beautiful! Well built! Very friendly and respectful staff! Loved all the swimming pools and amenities! Lots of restaurants and fun activities on the beach or even in the local bars nearby with nice bands, etc. basically great place great location! And at a good value for the money!!!

They did have some construction of a high-rise building on the north side which my room was located at you could hear the constant bang bang during the daytime 8 AM to 9 PM The south side does not have the construction noise

New modern designed building, excellent security, face recognition to access entry and lifts. Building is very well maintained, clean rating 9/10. Swimming pools are amazing on different levels of building including infinity pool on 59th floor. Perfect location facing Jomtien beach with night markets next door, good cheap food and fruit smoothies. Food restaurants and 7 eleven convenient stores very close by. Bah buses cost 15 bah,outside to go along beach road and to Pattaya. Condos are fitted with quality fittings, bed was very comfortable, with great view of beach from balcony. My agent Kwan was very professional, spoke English, explained building procedures etc and the deposit was returned in full on departure. Copcabana staff were all well trained and efficient.

The location was great. Apart from one aspect it was very clean. It had lots of swimming pools and well maintained gardens.

For my first 2-3 weeks in March the lift délais from floor 45 could be 10 minutes each way. It was much quicker during the final 10 days of my stay. The only sofa in the lounge was a sofa bed, and did not work well as a sofa, being far too deep from front to back to be comfortable. There was no view from the sofa. Only the bedroom really had any view. The balcony had too much trafic and building site noise to be usable. The kitchen was tiny, and the lounge was small.
