Во первых это дом старых лет, но очень хорошо сохранен. Хозяин замечательный. Встретил, все рассказал и показал, посоветовал где вкусно покушать и при любом вопросе был на связи. Окна спальни выходят на храм. Вечером он светился. Вокруг квартиры много разнообразных ресторанов, так же есть фермерский рынок. Главная пешеходная улица в 10 минутах ходьбы.
Была сильная жара до +34 градусов. При этом в квартире работают кондиционер. Отдельный в гостиной и отдельный в спальне. Так что отрицательных моментов нет. Даже факт стройки под окном не ощутим, тк отличная звукоизоляция!

Прекрасное расположение в центре старого Града напротив собора Святого Марка. Чистая большая квартира с аутентичной обстановкой. Нам все понравилось.
Пару раз не работал лифт, если Вы с тяжелыми сумками, то подьем по лестнице такое себе "удовольствие".
