Great location, but very noisy ground-floor apartment with limited privacy and no dining table.

Location was perfect, literally everything is only 5-10 mins walking.

Avoid the ground-floor apartment as it is extremely noisy. There is a faculty building right next to the ground-floor apartment, so there are many students around and it gets very loud. The windows face directly onto the street, so if you open the shutters everything is visible from outside, and if you keep them closed it becomes very dark, almost as if it’s constantly night. Another downside is the lack of a dining table. There are only two bar stools by the counter, which are too low, making it very uncomfortable to eat or even have a coffee, as there is no proper table.

Namestaj deluje novo, krevet je udoban, dobili smo jednokratne papuče, čisto je. Ogledala su isto veliki bonus.

Kad smo ušli, bilo je hladno. Upalili smo klimu i radijator i trebalo je malo duze vreme da se zagreje. U kupatilu isto treba malo vremena da se sačeka da dodje topla voda, sto nismo odmah skapirali pa smo mislili da je bojler prazan. Nema baš nekog zgodnog mesta za jedenje/ručak. Ima dve stolice stavljene kod šanka, ali su suviše niske za isti.

A Very Nice, Convenient Place to Stay in Belgrade.

I liked everything: the location is awesome, is very accessible by bus, taxi or walking. Only a couple of minutes from the downtown business center, the stores, malls, cafes, restaurants, parks, markets and even the Saba river. It’s a very convenient place to stay.

Crammed but alright for one night

A clean bed, a good shower, a fridge which we couldn’t locate at first. All the basics we needed for a one night layover.

Way too much cabinetry for a single room! It’s a waste of space. One teaspoon only.

Perfect choice

Very close to the square, location is perfect. Room is very clean. You can find everything you need. Air conditioning, mini fridge, iron. Also the bed was big and comfortable

Perfect location for a short Belgrade stay.

Location. Perfectly close to everything, perfect street, so beautiful.

The room was too small, with only one window. The elevator was tricky, 2 times the door was not properly closed, so we needed to walk the stairs (6th floor, and not the owner's fault, just some spoiled guests next to us). The room was stuffy, too much furniture for a room so small.

Ok for my purpose of stay

The location is perfect, right behind the Parliament and quite close to lots of places for sightseeing. I came here because of the Belgrade marathon so i Was staying literally less than 2 minutes from the start line. The room was small but very well equiped and designed to fit the essential facilities. The host was very precise with the inforamtions about getting in to the apartment, so that was quite an easy procedure, and also the communication with the host in general went very well. The bed and the pillows were pretty comfortable. Wifi was good.

The bathroom wasn't the cleanest. and the bed sheets were ripped in one place. Since some kind of faculty of sport is in the same building, some boys playing sports and the ball pounding was quite loud until midnight approximately.

Brand New Accommodation, Strategically Located Next Key Points of Interest

We loved the accommodation and its proximity to points of interest - the Nikola Tesla museum, the main street and castle, the zoo and the river promenade. Jovana was a wonderful and informative host. Tip: If you're into vintage cars, visit The Automobile Museum, Bratislav Petkovic Collection right next to the accommodation.

One friendly suggestion would be a complimentary shower gel/shampoo.

Superb

The apartment was clean, spacious, and modern. The bed was big and comfortable, the TV had Netflix, HBO, YouTube, etc., the kitchen had everything you needed. You could close the blinds to make your room pitch black. The neighbourhood was safe and everything was within walking distance. The building was very secure (you needed keys and codes to enter the building and the elevator, and you could only access your floor.

The walls were rather thin and you could hear the others, but I don’t see how it can be improved. The bathroom was rather small. As a suggestion, I would have loved to have an iron and another mirror other than the one in the bathroom.

Nice quiet street, lots of trees and places to take a walk. The room is in the attic and a bit on the smaller side, pay attention to the lower ceilings if you are taller. Communication with host excellent. Nice view from the room.
