Magical Stay for 6 sisters in Oaxaca! The Sunshine House delivers comfort and class!
I traveled with my six sisters to Oaxaca and this was the perfect set up for our group. 2 of us split rooms, 2 had their own room (6 total beds, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths). There was plenty of room to stretch out and relax and a full size kitchen with fresh water and coffee/maker. We had a lovely note upon entering, in addition to a small bottle of Mezcal to taste! The location was just outside the city center, on a quiet street with tons of murals. it was an easy 10-15 minute walk to the city center. Our showers had full pressure and came with body soap and shampoo. Overall, a magical stay!
It wasn't the owners' fault, but the street lost electricity and so the WiFi was down for 1/2 day. The host was ON IT and sent frequent updates about the crew fixing the electricity issue (which only impacted 1/2 the house). She even sent a basket of fresh fruit and flowers with a note to apologize (again, not her fault) for the downed WiFi. We just went to the cafe around the corner - Rupestro - and got our WiFI there while it was being fixed.

Beautiful stay in lovely Oaxaca
It was a beautiful artistic home with plenty of room for 4 women!! We really enjoyed every room, especially the patio on top. We were always comfortable & found all the little details delightful!! The neighborhood was so great, also.

Excelente lugar para grupos grandes
Los espacios son sencacionales y el alojamiento fue muy cómodo. Ibamos de trabajo así que no pudimos disfrutar la terraza tanto como hubiésemos quierido, pero es un lugar al que definitivamente regresaría. La cocina es excelente.
La bomba de agua hace mucho ruido y está muy cerca de una de las habitaciones. Tambien encontramos dos alacranes en los baños, pero se solucionó sin problemas.

Soggiorno particolare
Bel terrazzo (purtroppo pioveva e non ne abbiamo goduto), casa dall’arredamento molto particolare (può piacere o meno! Apprezzo comunque quando c’è personalità). Ci hanno gentilmente donato del mezcal. La connessione era buona. La tv aveva Netflix (incluso) e altre app (si poteva accedere col proprio profilo).
Non ho amato troppo l’arredamento, era un po’ suggestivo (teschi, crocefissi e madonne). Inoltre la casa è semiaperta, quindi se fa freddo (soprattutto per chi deve andare alla camera al piano di sopra) non è il massimo. La casa è al piano terra, le camere sono un po’ in vista e il portone non si chiude benissimo.

Buen alojamiento, anfitriones poco comunicativos con potencial para mejorar
Es muy fresca en la noche ya que todo el alojamiento excepto las recamaras esta techado al aire libre. Los detalles de bienvenida fue una grata sorpresa.
Si se lleva automóvil, es un poco difícil estacionarse por ser una calle muy estrecha y además los carros de los vecinos lo hacen aún más difícil. La comunicación fue nula, notificamos un par de desperfectos y queríamos extender el tiempo de alojamiento; nunca nos contestaron. Le hace falta mucho mantenimiento a la casa.

Insatisfecha.
2 recámaras muy amplias con su baño completo dentro de la habitación, la terraza en la azotea.El precio es razonable. 2 medios baños extra.La casa es muuuuy fresca incluso fría ya que la entrada principal está destapada.Cocina amplia y con muchos utensilios.
Varias partes de la casa deterioradas, puertas rotas, paredes sucias y con humedad, mobiliario sucio, los baños de abajo algo viejos, en general toda la casa. Está en una privada de difícil acceso para el carro y para ingresarlo a la cochera; nada de comercio alrededor (una pequeña tienda y un restaurante de comida india) lejos del centro para ir caminando, creo que las fotos y la información no están tan pegadas a la realidad.Un día no tuvimos agua caliente y aunque se resolvió no es suficiente para nuestro grupo de 8, hay que tomar turno. Aunque sí esta en el barrio de Xochimilco la zona no es bonita. Nos pidieron cuidar el agua y había 3 fugas en los baños, tuvimos que cerrar llaves de paso. Creo que debí elegir otra opción aunque fuera más caro.
