Old Town Heart XI - Mokotowska

Good location for catching the tram. Close to dining and grocery stores. The two bathrooms were a real plus.

Sehr schöne, große Wohnung in einem guten Viertel Warschaus mit Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Guter Anschluss an den ÖPNV. Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Parken an der Straße zumindest am Wochenende unproblematisch, in der Woche dürfte es kritischer sein, weil gebührenpflichtig. Aber ab Freitagnachmittag kommt man mit einem Ticket für wenig Stunden bis zum Montagmorgen aus.

Die Straßenbahn kommt schon sehr oft und ist sehr laut. Das sollte man wissen und nicht zu eng sehen… wir fanden es tagsüber nicht schlimm und nachts haben wir mit geschlossenen Fenstern und Ventilator geschlafen - ging für uns sehr gut.

The apartment is spacious, clean and very nice. There are 2 toilets which is very good in a situation where there are more than 2 people traveling and staying. The bed and sofa bed are comfortable, spacious kitchen.

It's located in a tram circle, which may be convenient, however, very noisy even with the windows closed. When we were staying there was a heatwave in Warsaw and the air conditioning system in the apartment did not work. I needed to open the windows in the morning because of the stuffy air inside, after that we couldn't sleep of the noise. There was a broken fan for us, but it's stand is broken and the fan itself was very dirty. This is the only downside of this stay, everything else was excellent. My advise is to fix the air conditioning system for the very hot days in the city.
