The smell of the open sewer running under through the bathroom with the drain cover wasn't pleasant. This made the whole lower level smell very unpleasant.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Governance apartments in Windermere. The location is perfect, everything is conveniently nearby. The apartment itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and recently renovated with excellent taste. It’s also incredibly well equipped with everything you could possibly need. What truly makes this place exceptional, however, is Chris. From the moment we spoke before I arrived, he was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. He went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed and was always quick to respond to any questions. He is genuinely a very special person and truly caring. I couldn’t recommend this place more! It’s absolutely spectacular and I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Windermere.

Location very good, close to village shops, etc. Comfy bed. Quiet.
No TV access for first 2-3 days. Bathroom too small, not enough towel rails, shelves. Crazy sensor light system around the mirror.
