Excellent location to Marco Simone Golf Course.
Very nicely presented and clean accommodation.

Everything was perfect, the communication with the host was perfect, the instructions to get to the property were very precise. He was very kind at all times, we even had to check out late, and he allowed us without extra charges.
The Villa ist like a suite, beautiful!
The connections to public transportation are really good, the bus station is only 3 minutes by waking.
Everything was perfect, on my next trip to Rome I will stay there again
