Location wasn't bad cabin was clean
Cheep uncomfortable furniture.dirty dishes.everything in game room was broken.mud slides down onto deck when it rains.

The cabin is in need of some upgrades. Shower and tub faucet was about to fall off. The other exit of the cabin was blocked clearly a fire code violation. No air in the bedroom’s. Rail on the step going down is very loose.
