The Tea House - A Stones Throw from Beach

The location was lovely but the building work that was going on next door and over the road was horrendous. We were not told about it when we booked.

If we had been given this information upfront it would have at least been honest

Ideal property for our family group of 6. The house was spotlessly clean with a well equipped kitchen and tea/coffee/sugar provided as well as washing up liquid & dishwasher tablets. Fabulous location very near a beautiful beach and about a 15 min walk to the town which has lots of independent restaurants and bars and a good selection of shops. The property has two bathrooms with great showers and three bedrooms with really comfy beds. Toiletries are provided in the bathrooms as well as nice towels. Parking available on site and also in the side road. Communication with the owners was very efficient.

Nothing

Clean, proper hot water, all we needed there, brilliant location and great communication with hosts

Unfortunately a smell of damp pervades the property not sure where it’s coming in from

Great location. House suited our needs of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Plenty of hand and shower wash. Well equipped kitchen.

With a fee of £155 for cleaning it could have been done a little better. The bathrooms were clean but the floors could have been swept more. Dust under beds and cobwebs at some windows. I left a note in property of some minor issues to be addressed. Hope the owners would look at my comments.
