Ottima posizione, a 500mt dalla walk of fame e molto vicino all’osservatorio Griffith. Perfetta in termini di pulizia e grandezza la camera, davvero oltre le aspetttative qualità - prezzo. Presenza anche di un parcheggio privato coperto, cosa non da poco dato che i parcheggi pubblici in strada sono quasi sempre occupati.

La cura della piscina, dato che è già presente ci vorrebbe davvero poco a tenerla bene, ma è giusto una piccolezza dato il prezzo.

Bon emplacement proche d’Universal Studios. Appartement bien équipé et lit confortable.

Le voisin du dessus était extrêmement bruyant, beaucoup de bruit jusqu’à 1h du matin tous les jours, difficultés de stationnement sur le parking réservé car d’autres voitures prenaient le parking où stationnaient 40 co après la ligne de séparation, je n’ai reçu aucune réponse sur ces sujets de la part de l’hôte, il répondait à toutes mes questions sauf à celles qui étaient problématiques.

Loved this apartment! Walking in the door we just gasped! I was expecting a small little efficiency type set up and was pleasantly surprised with a nice roomy space. Clean and bright, the aura is a sort of frank lloyd wright kind of feel. Older but iconic and you just know there are decades of stories from this neighborhood. Beautiful orange tree out front and easy parking. Ps if you use the gated parking, start by backing in to the driveway and hug the right of the little alleyway. It’s a zinger to get into haha! You will thank me for this info! We felt close to everything and this area was above suitable for our needs. I should have written”gee it’s awful don’t rent this!” So it would be easier for me to grab it next time, but that would be a crazy lie! We loved it. Didn’t have time to use the pool but will take more down time for myself on the next trip- it feels relaxing just walking by.

Everything was great! Maybe a small trash can in the bathroom? Tho it could have been under the sink- I didnt check.

Die Größe des Zimmers war gut, wir konnten ein überdachten, kostenlosen und geschlossenen Parkplatz nutzen. Die Lage des Appartements war zentral ( 5min mit dem Auto zu den Universal Studios, Hollywood Signs und 15min zu Fuß zum Walk of Fame).

Das Appartement befand sich in einem Wohnkomplex der etwas heruntergekommen wirkte. Die Tür zur Wohnanlage musste man "krachen lassen" damit sie sich verschließt und das wurde auch nachts von den anderen Mietern so umgesetzt. Der schmuddelige Pool lud absolut nicht zum Baden ein und den Waschraum wollten wir nicht betreten und auf keinen Fall unsere Wäsche dort waschen. Jedes Fenster stand stets offen ( aufgrund von fehlenden Dichtungen, Zustand und Alter), alles wirkte wirklich sehr abgewohnt und wir hatten ein super kleines, durchgelegenes Bett obwohl ein riesiger Raum für ein großes Bett zur Verfügung stand. Das Interieur in der Küche wirkte sehr unhygienisch. Zum Teil löste sich der Putz von der Wand. Wir sind einen Tag eher abgereist, weil wir uns nicht wohlgefühlt haben.
