Luxury in Paros

Olithos villas are situated about 4km out of Parikia town on a hill overlooking hills and sea so unless you are a keen walker, a car is necessary. The villas (3) are beautiful minimalist and new . 3 years old. Elena who manages the villas for the owners is delightful. We enjoyed her company

Our only minor dislike was the time that it took for hot water to get to the shower

A perfect stay in every way

The villa was absolutely beautiful and equipped with every amenity one could need — from the pool, gym and grill to a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the host had even provided some food for our first breakfast, which was a thoughtful touch. The daily housekeeping service was a huge plus, especially for a group like ours, keeping everything tidy and comfortable throughout our stay. Most importantly, Elena, our host, was wonderful — warm, helpful, and incredibly responsive. She made our stay effortless and truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The perfect location for your Paros location

We stayed 3 nights with our 2 teens, and enjoyed every single moment Totally everything was super!!! The view was stunning, the property was high quality and detailed design, the pool was perfect and the the operation manager was responsive and helpful We absolutely will return again

Wonderful vacation villa on the outskirts of Paros Port.

The property is beautiful, spacious and well decorated. The grounds are lovely and we enjoyed the pool with its view of the water. Elena, the property manager, was especially attentive and helpful with local suggestions. We loved our stay!

Outstanding Olithos you won’t be disappointed!!

Olithos Villas is an outstanding property in Paros. The villas are architecturally designed and beautifully fitted out to a very high standard. Everything you need is there. The infinity pool and surroundings are beautiful with a full kitchen down at the pool area including bbq, fridge etc meaning you can bring your own drinks and lounge by the pool all day and take in the spectacular view. I know this sounds a bit like an advertisement for Olithos but we stayed a total of 15 days after extending our break and the service from Elena and her team was fantastic. The villas are serviced each day and anything you need Elena can organise. Rental cars, groceries whatever she just takes care of it for you. I cannot recommend this place highly enough that’s why I gave it a rare 10 as it was so good.

There was nothing to complain about. Only suggestion would be a microwave oven in villas but that appears to be common in Greece. Would suggest renting a car to get places which is not a criticism just a suggestion.

This was the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed at. The grounds, the garden, pool, small vineyard and shared spaces were immaculate. The host, Elena, was so incredibly kind.

There was a complimentary breakfast for the 1st day of our stay but we had to supply our own breakfast for the remainder of our stay, would have liked a breakfast for our entire stay.

Everything was great. A little tricky to find initially but once we got used to the area it was actually a great location.

Amazing 3 nights! Will 100% be coming back!

This property is absolutely amazing. It’s a 15minute taxi from the port (make sure you organise in advance) or a 35minute walk (not recommended unless absolutely necessary). Ioanna was superb! She was super attentive and very welcoming. We felt right at home and all our needs were catered to. The facilities were top quality. All of the finishings were high end and it felt very luxurious. The location is mostly protected from the wind and the pool gets sunlight right until the end of the day! Not to mention the sunsets are stunning!! We enjoyed villa 3 which had 3 bedrooms and was amazing for 5 or 6 people! Will 100% stay here again!

Ideally organising a dedicated taxi driver and having one on standby would be helpful.

Fabulous stay in Paros!

We loved the pool, the aesthetics of the Villa architecture, the sunsets and of course the attentiveness of our host (who brought us daily treats)! The host has thought of everything from robes to yoga mats to basic pantry items! We had an incredible experience and Olithos was our favorite accommodation in Greece! Very close to Parikia and local beaches!

Only thing is you definitely need a car! Not very walkable but that’s to be expected to get such a stunning view with privacy.
