    The hotel must have been good once upon a time. At the moment it is not well kept. Though clean, it lacks basic facilities. Very very basic.

    A nice and cozy place. I wouldn't call it extremely clean but it was decent. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent as well. Around 10-12 mins walk from the night market towards the river. So you have to walk around a bit to get the tuktuk but the hotel staff can help you with that. Overall a decent experience

    We had a very enjoyable stay at Lisha Grand Riverside Hotel. The rooms were really large and comfortable, and the balconies were a highlight — with beautiful views of the river and nearby mountains. It was especially lovely in the afternoons watching the hot air balloons and paragliders drifting past the scenery. The hotel doesn’t include breakfast, as the restaurant mainly caters for Chinese tour groups, and there were quite a few groups coming and going during our stay. However, this wasn’t a problem as there are plenty of local cafés and restaurants nearby. The location is slightly on the edge of town, but still an easy walk into the centre for the night markets and meals, which made it a nice balance between convenience and a quieter riverside setting. Overall, a comfortable stay with fantastic views and great value for money.

    This hotel was a full dissapointed since I put my feet in the lobby. 1.- Long time to do th check-in 2.- They don't provide a second card for the room so you have to take out the key from the holder and you can not leave the aircond on either charge your devices when you are out (poor hotel do this to save money) 3.- The toilet is really old, disgusting and out of a normal way you expect a bathroom 4.- The breakfast was really bad, the second day I decided to have it outside, even they don't have fresh milk.... 5.- The staff doesn't speak proper English and really don't care about the guests. 6.- They offer free shuttle, they recommend me to take the one 30 minutes before my train I arrived late to the train station and they refuse to take the responsibility. Good luck if after read this review you decide to stay there.
