This spacious 145m2, two-bedroom, two-bathroom Haussmannien apartment overlooks the Luxembourg Gardens. To top it off, there is a balcony with views from every room, where you can enjoy a cozy croissant delivered from a famous literary cafe below! Located on the 5th floor, easily accessible by an elevator in the building, there are windows throughout the space which allows for maximum sunlight to enter. The apartment is stunning and the view—directly across from the Luxembourg Garden—is gorgeous. The location is excellent. It’s a great place to have guests since the bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment. If you rent during warm weather, make sure that the owner supplies fans—one for each bedroom and at least one for the living room.
