Greet each morning with a view of the lifts and mountains at this two-story condo in Park City, enviably located a short stroll from the heart of Canyons Village. Skier or snowboarder, hiker or mountain biker, world-class outdoor recreation is at your fingertips here.
This second-floor condo sits a quarter-mile from the base of the Sunrise Lift, the Cabriolet Lift, and the Red Pine Gondola, and within a third of a mile of the resort base and an assortment of restaurants, apres-ski spots, and gear shops. The base of Park City Mountain (five miles), the Main Street Historic District (five miles), and Deer Valley Resort (eight miles) are within easy striking distance as well. Back at home on the grounds of the condo, you'll have access to a pool, a hot tub, and tennis courts.
Spend sparkling summer days outside on your shaded balcony, taking in the mountain view, barbecuing on the gas grill, and lingering at golden hour with mugs of coffee or cocoa. When the evening air turns chilly, move inside to curl up by the gas fireplace and watch movies on cable and streaming in the living room.
In the mornings, prepare breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen, sit down for pancakes at the dining room table, and grab a warm pair of socks from the washer/dryer on your way out the door to the slopes. Of the bedrooms, one is a primary suite on the main floor; the second is upstairs with an attached sleeping loft.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Comfortable, clean and well stocked condo. We especially appreciated the basic food items (salt, pepper, olive oil, spices) in the kitchen. The towels were plentiful, and they even provide beach towels to use. Little things, like complimentary washing machine pods, made this a great stay.

A short walk to the Cabriolet for easy access to the slopes & the Canyons Village. Condo has a great layout and included everything you would want for a stay. Swimming pool/hot tub facility was fantastic and the towels provided with the rental (both shower and pool) were nicer quality than we’ve ever seen in a house/condo rental before. Five stars!

The location of this condo is ideal for skiing. In 5 minutes (down a little created path behind the condo through the snow to the main street) we were at the Cabriolet lift which takes you to the base of the Canyons resort in 3 minutes. The view of the trees and the Cabriolet through our living room window was very nice. Sheets and mattresses were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The pool and hot tub is a little walk away and it quite dated and not great. There is a free Canyons shuttle service that was at our door in minutes (download the app) to take us anywhere within the Canyons resort area. The only criticism is that the size of the bedroom furniture, particularly the beds, is too large. My daughters and I have bruises on our legs from hitting them continuously on the corners of the beds! Why such large furniture? Particularly in the downstairs bedroom. The upstairs loft was very comfortable and plenty of room for my 3 daughters. Overall it was very nice!
