Sit back and relax in this classic Park City mountain condo. Nestled among the pine trees and aspens, Red Pine Winter Way offers gorgeous views of the Wasatch Mountains from its large balcony, comfortable new furnishings, and modern enhancements throughout the unit. This newly remodeled property has been updated and modernized to give guests a comfortable, homely feel at an excellent price. The Red Pine Clubhouse features hot tubs, pools, a sauna, locker rooms, a billiards table, outdoor grills, and a fireplace.



The living room is open and bright, with its new furnishings & fixtures, a new flat-screen HDTV, large, oversized windows, and classic Red Pine cathedral ceilings. Just off the living room is a sliding glass door that gives you access to your private, covered balcony with views of the new Canyons Golf Course. The classic mountain atmosphere has undoubtedly remained with a unique river-rock fireplace, antler décor, and other western features & finishings.



The living room flows smoothly into the kitchen and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen features various appliances, including a fridge, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher & other small appliances. The unit is also well stocked with cookware, Corningware & flatware, making preparing every meal much more enjoyable. If you want a night out, visit Kimball Junction or downtown Park City to enjoy unique shops, local events, tasty eateries, and gourmet dining experiences. The kitchen also has a dining table that can seat four (4) people.



The main floor also features a spacious primary suite. It has a queen-size bed with quality linens & bedding, a new 42" HDTV, and an en suite bathroom. The en suite bath features an extra-long counter with a sink, storage & a separate area for the toilet, shower & tub combination.



Head upstairs to the second-floor landing, where you will find two (2) guest bedrooms - one is a loft bedroom. The first guest bedroom (2) is bright & open with its vaulted ceilings, refurbished en suite bathroom, and modern upgrades with new furnishings & fixtures. The bedroom offers two (2) new full-size double beds with high-end bedding & linens, a large dresser & closet. The second guest loft bedroom (3) features two (2) twin beds, angled ceilings & warm mountain colors throughout. The upstairs bedrooms share a hall bathroom, equipped with a large counter & sink, a bathtub, a shower & separate toilet area.



*Attention Summer Guests* This mountain home does not have air conditioning and can be warm during the summer months; however, fans are provided, and most evenings/mornings are cool and pleasant.

The house was perfect for our small group of 3 adults. We enjoyed the cozy accommodations, clean space, easy access to the club house for hot tubs, and the short walk to the Cabriolet lift to start our day on the slopes! iTrip was easy to use, and great communication from customer service throughout our stay. Would definitely rent again.

The condo is in a great location as you are able to walk to the Canyon village to catch a ski lift or just roam around. The condo is also close to the club house, so going to the hot tub and pool is very convenient. The only thing that could bother some renters is that the 2 bedrooms upstairs are not walled in. So if people are turning on lights or the TV downstairs, it will wake the people upstairs. This didn't bother us but important to know. Overall, great stay!

This condo is in a great location, in the parking area near the Canyon side of Park City. While you could walk to the gondola, the free shuttle took you right to the lifts, a great touch. The door lock code was as long as a social security number and the outdoor light did not light that area up, so you had to use the light on your phone to see. It was very difficult to open and confusing to lock, one time one of our guests accidently left the place unlocked the whole day while we were skiing. A better light and better instructions and a shorter code would be an improvement. The condo said it was a two bedroom, but the second bedroom is essentially an open area in the loft with a wall and a door between the rest of the loft but wide open, so you could see and hear everything in the "bedroom". That should be spelled out more clearly so you know you are not getting a private bedroom by any means. The other issue is the clubhouse and hot tub. There is one club house which has two hot tubs for the entire complex. It was almost impossible to go there and get in a hot tub, they need to have more hot tubs for this many units (A-Z with some of them having up to 8 units per alphabet letter). So if a hot tub is really important to you, I suggest a place with more hot tubs so you do not get shut out like we did most days or have to wait for others to leave just to get a space. But at the end of the day, a great location with the very nice free shuttle service worked for us.
