Central & Modern 3br/3ba, Terrace & Riverside Chic

The property couldn't have been located in a better place. A very short walk across the bridge to the center of city and all of the major attractions. In a cute neighborhood teeming with bars, restaurants, and cafes.The apartment itself was great with three bedrooms each with a private bathroom as advertised. It was an old apartment in an old building, but the private rooftop terrace and the secure elevator directly to the apartment were great features.

This apartment is centrally located, nicely appointed, and exactly as pictured. The modern interior is a pleasant complement to Vienna’s rococco/baroque architecture, and the host is responsive and kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a group of 6 and the apartment was perfect for our 3 night stay. Within walking distance of center city. We had an elevator that took us to the terrace floor which we had alone. We had to split the rides because there were 6 of us. Nice place.

This place has so much potential. Good location to walk to many sights. Good amount of space, but furniture placement is awkward with the slant of the ceiling. Have to move it so you don’t hit your head. Could easily be re-worked. Furniture is worn and upholstery is flaking apart. Chair covers were put on and were very dirty. No soap or shampoo provided. No hooks or towel bars in the bathrooms to hang any towels. Only one hair dryer. No extra toilet paper. Bedrooms lack furniture to store your clothes. Curtains in one bedroom were half falling off. There is a tiny closet in each bedroom but no hangers. Cleaning equipment is stored in one of the bathrooms in a corner. Apartment is void iof any decor shown in pictures. Communication was non existent. Had to contact VRBO to get a response. It took 48 hours to get a response back from host. Host gave No check in information. After giving ETA for arrival, host meet and greet was late. No written instructions for anything in the house including the pass code to open the door.…. Just “ here is what the code is” the first time we went in.. This place has the potential to be great with some attention to properly stocking, and communication as well as additional furniture in bedrooms and replacement of the worn out furniture.
