About this house rental
Thunder Mountain Abode is where the rustic Southwest feels like home. This peaceful, secluded home is located on a cul-de-sac and nestled in exclusive West Sedona. It has vistas of Thunder Mountain and lies only minutes away from great hiking trails, world-class restaurants, and elegant shops. The covered deck and sparkling pool/spa offer a great spot to entertain the kids or just relax. It’s the ideal location for your next family trip, getaway with friends, or adventure travel escape.
This custom home was professionally designed with comfortable high-end finishes and furnishings that complement the Southwestern vibe of the Adobe architecture.

• Drip & Keurig coffee maker with starter set of k-cups, sugar, and tea provided
• Dining room seating for 8 and island seating for 2
• Basic cooking supplies provided such as olive oil, salt & pepper, etc.
• We supply everything but the food, and Whole Foods and Safeway are only minutes away.
Master Bedroom
• Large king suite, built for luxury, with stunning views of mountains and pines
• King-sized bed with new mattress and luxury bedding
• Ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in shower, and two vanities
• 65-inch Television
• Dedicated workspace
Bedroom 2:
• A second king suite with a new mattress and luxury bedding
• Ensuite bathroom
• 55-inch TV
Bedroom 3: “Javelina Room”
• A queen bed and an XL single bed with new mattresses and luxury bedding
• The second full bathroom, right outside of the bedroom door, is shared with bedroom 2
Outdoor Space
• Heated* pool & spa behind the privacy of pines
• Large, covered deck with outdoor seating and the soothing soundtrack of windchimes
• Blackstone gas griddle and 2 air fryers
• Bike-friendly amenities, including indoor storage, wash station, bike repair tool kit, and mountain biking trail recommendations.
• Park next door with 8 pickleball courts, disc golf, bike skills park, playground, and more
• *The pool can be heated upon request from March through November. The cost is $25 per night with a 3-night minimum. The spa can be heated year-round, and there is no fee to heat the spa.
Thunder Mountain Abode is the perfect up-scale basecamp for all your Sedona adventures with hiking trails, bike rentals, pickleball, tours, and award-winning restaurants just minutes away. Hike in the morning, retreat to the private, heated pool in the afternoon, and have drinks on the deck during sunset.

Guest Access
This entire home is yours to enjoy. Guests will have access to a 3-car garage, as well as a full-size washer and dryer. You will access the property through a smart lock on the front door. There is a security camera focused on the front of the house and noise monitor at the rear, as Sedona has strict noise ordnances.
Nearby Area
This home is located in the Mission Hills neighborhood of West Sedona, a quiet residential area in the heart of Sedona. This area has everything you will need during your stay including grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, hiking, art galleries, and more!
A car is required. There is plenty of free off-street parking available in the 3-car garage and driveway.
Additional Notes
This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 7am.
Absolutely no smoking inside. Smoking will result in a minimum fee of $1500 for deodorization.

The house is in a perfect location to explore the area. And the house is beautiful, clean, and great to relax after a day of hiking and exploring. Clara stayed in touch through duration to make sure everything was going the way we want. Overall I’d recommend anyone coming to Sedona to stay here.

What a beautiful and comfortable home! Best stocked kitchen ever- has everything we needed. Loved sitting out in the hot tub and gazing at the stars. Would love to come back again!

Our stay was great! House was very clean, well stocked, and spacious. The kitchen and outdoor spaces were all great, we enjoyed the pool, spa, and seating areas. Excellent location close to everything, would definitely stay here again.
