We stayed here for a month and the apartment was comfortable and well equipped for the two of us. The kitchen had everything we needed for self catering, the beds were comfortable and the showers powerful. The a/c worked perfectly and we had no problems or issues during our stay. The accommodation is at the far end of the New Atlantis Club and just one set of stairs (or the lift) and 30 seconds to the swimming pool. The other pool and hot tub were good to use too. The NAC is well presented and maintained and there is easy access to a park next door which was lovely to walk through in the evenings. A range of shops are just a few minutes drive away and the Indian Rocks Beach is just a few minutes further.

My husband and I stayed for 35 days during the holidays! Check in was flawless! Encore is an amazing service and helped with every question! This is a great community in a wonderful area! Our condo was a 2 bedroom 2 bath with an amazing view of the bay! Sunsets from the point were beautiful! The people were so nice and it's close to everything! Indian Rocks beach is so close and a beautiful beach! Kitchen was well stocked with everything. The owner even checked in with us and she was wonderful! We will definitely be back!!!

Very nice and quiet condo. It is very well maintained and the facilities are very good. We were there for a month and would happily book here again. The owner is very nice and always gives good advice if you have any questions.
