As you arrive to the property, you have a huge parking area that is right next to the entrance to your stay.
1st FLOOR Apartment. Only stairs are 3 steps leading up to the door.
Full kitchen provided- Dining table (3 chairs)

-Keurig
-Counter and cabinet space
-Dishes, utensils and cookware provided.
Bathroom- Conveniently right next to the bedroom.
-Bathtub and shower head included with hose.
-New efficient toilet.
-3 mirror medicine cabinet for storage and extra visibility.
-Bright lighting.
-Powerful bathroom exhaust for ventilation.
Master Bedroom- King Suite Bed. Hotel Level Grade.
-Quality Linens Provided.
-King pillows pillows and duvet cover.
-Desk and desk chair.
-USB Plug-in Standing Lamp next to your bed.
-Full body mirror
-Large Closet Space
Living Room-
-Roku TV.
-Day Bed: Living room seating is on the day bed, has a comfortable sofa cover while using it to lounge. Remove the sofa cover to use as a twin bed as it already is set with linens.
Under this sofa bed is a pull out twin bed, with linens, for a total of 2 twin beds.
-The marble table lifts up to an elevated height for convenience to eat or work in the living room.

-Ring Cameras in front and back of property.
-Touch key pad with your own personal code for entry.

We do not rent to locals
Parties or Events will be fined $1,000 for violations
If you do not have any prior reviews we require a refundable security deposit under terms.
If you plan on having anyone visit or stay at the property that has not been mentioned in the booking they must be approved prior to coming.
Anything left behind is subject to a $25 fee on top of shipping costs. Must be reclaimed within 24 hours of checking out.
Any guests that are booking without prior reviews or less than 4.8 stars are subject to a $100 security deposit.
Property size of 800 is approximate and TV size 50in approximate.
Back Door is for emergency exit only.
We stock up the VRBO with supplies to help kickstart your stay, from there you are responsible to replenish any items as you continue your stay.
