If you plan on having anyone visit or stay at the property that has not been mentioned in the booking they must be approved prior to coming.

Anything left behind is subject to a $25 fee on top of shipping costs. Must be reclaimed within 24 hours of checking out.

Any guests that are booking without prior reviews or less than 4.8 stars are subject to a $100 security deposit.
