Lovely place to stay

Lovely place to stay in a really nice area of Zadar. Easy walk to Borik Marina & Diklo - both lovely, a longer but very pleasant walk along the coast to Zadar Old Town, which was also lovely & well worth a visit. The small complex had a lovely pool & sun terrace with loungers. The owners Mother lived on site, nice lady and always willing to help with any queries or anything we needed for our room. We stayed in the Deluxe Double, well equipped - air con & wi-fi excellent and we were right next to the pool. Lots of lovely restaurants and couple bars a short walk away. Bus stop to old town a 10 min walk. Would definitely recommend & stay again.

Lovely apartment with pool

The apartment was lovely. Everything we needed was there. The shutters blocked out the light and the beds were comfortable ensuring a good sleep. The communal pool was really nice, we enjoyed using it, and there are shops and restaurants nearby. Plug sockets in useful locations and the kitchenette was fine for making a simple meal. Everything very clean. The washing machine was handy, in a shared space but I don’t think anyone else was using it as I never had a problem to do my washing. The host was very kind and brought us fruit from her garden. If I came to Zadar again I would definately want to stay here again. Advice - the bus is always very full and we realised it’s not much more expensive to get a taxi to Zadar.

The WiFi went off a couple of times. The host got it fixed each time. Sometimes large groups were seated at a large communal table outside our apartment door. Not a big deal, the positives of this lovely place far outweigh the small negatives.

Amazing apartment near the beach

It was an amazing place with a heated pool and very friendly hosts. The beach is very close and the neighbourhood is very safe and calm during the day and night. I really recommend these apartments for a visit. I would be definitely going back soon!

The room was comfy and clean. There was a coffe machine and few kitchen supplies. Linda and her mom were kind and helpful in any case you needed them. Apartments are about 15 min walk to the closest beach, everything was great.

Everything! Location in a quiet neighborhood, pool, hostess, free parking at the location. Definitely can recommend it to everyone.

If have to find something negative, curtains at the living room area didn’t block the lights out in mornings. Road works at nearby caused some noises in mornings.

Extreme noise

The host was kind and helpful. The apartment is spacious.

There is a huge construction near the apartment, machines will wake you up at 7 AM. It was literaly not possible to approach the apartment. There is no heating: it is not needed in the summer, but in the spring we were very cold and got sick. It's a very noisy area, you can't relax. The host should not rent out the apartment at a time when it cannot be used.

Nice value apartment but far from downtown

The property clean and a good value. The pool was small but very warm. The hostess left us some cake which was a nice touch. She was always available to help with questions. We walked (20 minutes) to the beach for drinks at night and felt safe.

uncomfortable beds and the window shades were broken. The hostess could have had some coffee that we could have brewed in the coffee maker. The apartment is very far from old town Zadar.

Little gem with pool

The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. The bed and pillows are super confortable. The room is a bit small but it is well arranged. The small pool is a great to relax. The apartment is situated close to an easy parking outside of Zadar historic center and there are great restaurants nearby.

Excellent Apartment

Linda and her Mom are lovely! Apartment is clean, comfy with all amenieties. Swimming pool is awesome, my daughter absolutelly love it. Apartment is 5 mins away from bus stop, nearest store is 1 min away, and second one is 5 mins away. 15 mins walking to Borik Beach. Definietelly I will come back to Apartment Benic! Thank you❤️♥️

Excellent place close to Zadar but quiet and relaxing location

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It was in a quiet location. The property is a good walk from Zadar centre but there is 2 excellent restaurants close by. We can recommend both of these Mama Mia and Roco.

A microwave oven would have been good to have but this was only a minor issue as there was a fan oven.
