Conveniently located approximately 20 minutes from Cooperstown and Oneonta, NY, Site 2 offers a secluded outdoor getaway while keeping you within driving distance of Cooperstown Dreams Park, the National Baseball Hall of Fame, the Field of Dreams near Oneonta, local wineries, breweries, beautiful state parks, and many other area attractions.
Whether you're visiting for a baseball tournament, planning a family adventure, or simply looking for a peaceful escape into nature, Site 2 offers a comfortable place to unwind and make lasting memories.
Site 2 Features & Amenities
Private Soaking Tubs
Relax in your own dedicated soaking tubs and enjoy a peaceful outdoor soak surrounded by nature. The tubs function similarly to hot tubs and can be reused throughout your stay after their initial fill.
A minimum two-night stay is required for soaking tub access.
For stays of three nights or less, the tubs are filled once upon arrival.
A signed waiver is required before use.
Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements
Settle in for a restful night with a comfortable queen-size bed featuring fresh linens, heated blankets, and extra blankets for chilly mountain nights. Site 2 also includes a futon, providing additional sleeping space for family or friends.
Solar Power & Cooking Essentials
Enjoy the comforts of simple off-grid living with solar-powered outlets, soft lighting, a mini-fridge, and basic cooking essentials. Prepare your favorite meals over the campfire or ask about renting a propane cooktop for another convenient cooking option.
Complimentary Hot Breakfast
Start your morning with breakfast included in your stay! Hot breakfast is served daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM and features favorites such as fresh eggs, waffles, coffee, tea, and hot cocoa.

The entire area is secluded and wonderful. Well kept landscaping and amazing facilities. The yurt was beautifully arranged and extremely spacious. Check in and out was seamless, and breakfast was delicious and beyond my expectations.

Spectacularly clean and practical for upscale camping. The bathroom, showers, fire pits and yurts are all perfect. The breakfast was heaven and the setting was beautiful. Thanks for having us!

Christine and Gary were wonderful hosts, and their attention to detail was incredible. The breakfast and the hot tubs were particular highlights, but everything was just so well thought-out and nicely done. I'd recommend Coyote Hollow to anyone!
