The large windows and bright conservatory create a pleasant connection to the outdoors, while the garden encourages you to enjoy the fresh air and the sounds of nature. The nearby beach and surrounding nature offer plenty of opportunities for walks, beach days, or active outings.
On the ground floor, you will find the living room with a comfortable sitting area and a smart TV. Additionally, there is a large kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom, and one of the two bedrooms. The second bedroom is located on the first floor. For a good night’s sleep, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (180 x 200) on the ground floor, and another on the first floor with two sturdy beds (90 x 200) also suitable for adults. The beautiful bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a vanity unit, a walk-in shower, and a towel radiator. The house also features central heating. In the storage room, you will find a washer-dryer combination and a freezer.
