Whether you dine on the deck, paddle down the river, relax in the hot tub, or gather around the outdoor fire pit, your stay will leave you relaxed and restored. Convenient to all things Cape Cod! Thanks Melinda for a perfect home base for exploring Chatham and Harwich! We loved our extended weekend at the Treehouse. The bedroom set up was perfect for our group. And there was ample arrangements for working remotely, including the dedicated office. We were so impressed with the well stocked kitchen. We wanted for nothing! Highly recommend ordering a clambake for delivery and standing around the kitchen island with your bounty. Easy drive to downtown Chatham. Harwich beaches were an unexpected delight, especially Red River Beach. Incredible location, cozy home, relaxing vibes.

The house was clean, well stocked, accurately listed, and suited our needs perfectly - including our 2 small dogs. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it was within 15-minutes of everything we wanted to do/see. The owner was responsive when needed. We would rent there again!

Our family had a wonderful vacation stay at this lovely dog friendly home. The home was clean and beautifully decorated with so many little attentions to detail. All of our beds were so comfortable. The house was very homey and we appreciated our host Melinda being so communicative with us! The home was located nearby to many beaches and a quick drive to town. We loved Chatham! Thanks Melinda for making our stay so great!

Wonderful! We all hope to stay here again. It had everything our family group of 10 could want, a lovely wooded setting along river, fire pit circle, four very flexible bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, large dining table that comfortably fit our 10, relaxing great room overlooking the river, nice bathrooms and laundry room, large, clean outdoor hot tub, and a great location close to attractions! Highlights of our 4-day stay and first time to Cape Cod: visiting nearby beaches, plus the incredible Brewster flats at Crosby Landing Beach, renting bicycles and exploring the fabulous paved trail systems (flat Old Colony and Cape Cod rail trails and hilly Nickerson SP trails), a chartered 4-hr fishing trip in Cape Cod bay (kept 5 of 27 caught), and mostly just enjoying our time together in a beautiful home environment… 5+ stars!
