Nice cozy apartment in downtown Sitka. Good location, we rented a car so we could drive to some of the trails put of town, but if you wanted to just stay downtown there is no need to rent a car. Managers were quick to respond. Would recommend.

First the good:A perfect location for walking throughout Sitka. Easy communication with host. Spacious efficiency. Not so good: long, steep staircase to access apartment. Lacking in attention and upkeep (e.g. bathroom drain plugged up, kitchen cabinet missing pull handle), saggy mattress. Minimal amenities. No Kleenex, no salt or pepper in kitchen. Door to apartment is tricky to keep closed. No blackout curtains.

Room was fine but dated. Not all electrical is working - most concerning is the overhead light which has an electrical issue. Bed (actually a murphy bed) was not good and pillows anything but comfortable. Very conviently located
