The bathroom has a shower stall, as well as wall-mounted mirror and hair dryer. All of the linens, towels, kitchen accessories, etc, are all provided. There's parking included, as well as laundry on site. And free Wifi!

The waterfront location is very, very nice. The two sets of stairs to get into the suite may present difficulty for some guests, and the location on Halibut Point Road means there is traffic noise, especially when a cruise ship is at the cruise ship dock. Light sleepers may need to bring ear plugs if going to bed before 10:30PM. The kitchen is equipped with a double hot-plate, not a full stove, so cooking is possible (I did), but meals cannot be too large.

Some of the silverware was dirty. Also, there is a lip from the living room into the kitchen to which my girlfriend severely stubbed her toe on. A warning sign might be helpful! And you should warn your customers that that’s there no Uber or taxi in Sitka! We ended up getting a hotel because we couldn’t find any Uber or taxi service in town
