About this apartment rental

Located in the heart of town, very spacious and stylish, you have the entire apartment to yourself. It includes all appliances, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer. This is a great spot for both short and long term stays. This unit does have a lot of stairs, so just be aware when booking. Pet friendly!

This house was built in 1888, so it will come with all the quirks of an old house. It is not perfect, but it is comfortable, cozy, and should suit all your needs!

The space was very nice and exactly as expected. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. West Brookfield is such a nice little town, so it was great to have the apartment centrally located and walking distance to the coffee shop, convenient stores, or to just explore. I would definitely stay here again if i was coming back to the area.

I was disappointed with this property. The AC unit was so loud, it was difficult to sleep. The other bedroom didn't have sheets on the bed. There was a dirty, greasy cookie sheet left for us in the oven. There was no soap in the soap dispensers in the shower. On Sunday morning at 6:55am, a landscapper was weedwacking and mowing. When we told him we were all still sleeping, he said he was allowed to be doing his noisy yard work, instead of saying he could come back later.On the positive side, the owner was receptive to our issues and corrected things, but I'm on vacation and didn't want to be calling him every day with issues that should have been taken care of before we arrived.
