Everything way amazing, very close to everything. Grocery store is less than a minute away. Highway is right around the corner, neighbors are quiet. 10/10 would recommend. And Ebenizer, answered all our questions.

Eben was really responsive. Check in and access was great.
Apartment is downstairs and has an additionsl apartment above and another beside.
Was generally clean and tidy. Is a 'do up'. Bench in the kitchen could do with a shampoo.
First night was great and then guests moved in upstairs. They were incredibly loud and smoked so we're up and down countless times by the spinning stairs and shared front door. We messaged Eben who advised them but sadly didn't make any difference. This really marred our stay.
This is not the fault of the owner. Walls thin so we could hear every conversation they had. Woke us up early every day and left their cigarette butts at the front door!
