Relaxing Key West Style bungalow in downtown Punta Gorda. Fully fenced large yard with beautiful mature trees. Great central location to enjoy local attractions: Laishley Park (~1.7 mls), Fishermen's Village (~ 1.5 mls away), Charlotte Harbor, S County Reg Park, dining, boating, fishing.

About 10 mins to airport & conveniently llocated for nearby day trips: beaches, golf, parks, stadiums.

Friendly dogs welcome (2 max) -please include in "Who's coming". No cats.

Newly remodeled, very clean, and functional. Newer central AC unit. Very cool and convenient location - you will love this house.
