Our ground-floor condo features a spacious terrace facing the pool, complete with a gas grill, kayak, lounge chairs, and patio furniture—perfect for relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy complimentary coffee, condiments, Wi-Fi, entertainment systems, and essential toiletries to make you feel at home.
You'll have access to all the resort amenities, incluidings heated pools, jacuzzis, private beach access at bella sirena, a gym, and tennis court. You can also enjoy delicious meals at the pool bar, which are indepenntly operated and at your own expense.
The resort has 24/7 security!

We are located on BELLA SIRENA RESORT Sandy Beach; which is in between Cholla Bay and Town.
Bella Sirena is the most Luxurious property in all of Rocky Point (Puerto Penasco) with its 15 acres of lush mature tropical landscape of many grassy areas, multiple species of palm trees and lush tropical fauna. Absolutely the most pristine beach and fabulous sunsets to rival any other destination.
The town is very tourist friendly and most places are bi-lingual services and accept US Dollars; along with Credit Cards, Mexican Pesos.
Come visit our quaint fishing town and explore the Malecon (Old Port ) only 6 minute drive away for shopping, dining, friendly bars and fun views of the Sea of Cortez where you can see the Baja at sunset..
**MUST BE 21 OLDER TO RENT** Exceptions may apply with owner approved additional credentials and an additional cash security deposit.

Please remember Bella Sirena has the highest standards to protect the enjoyment of your stay; thus, the HOA has placed strict rules on Maximum number of guests & for our 2 Bedroom CondoS; which is 6 adults (children under 5 years old do not count).
If you have more, please let me know & we will reserve you another 1, 2 or 3 bedroom unit for your group. Security will turn you away at the gates if you have more than 6 :( Renters are not allowed to bring pets:( There is a great pet hotel in town if you need arrangements, just let us know.
We reserve the right without penalty, restrictions or refunds/discounts to relocate to another 2 bedroom property onsite at Bella Sirena should there be an unscheduled maintenance need out of our control in order to make your stay more pleasant; such as, HVAC Failure, Plumbing Failure. We will only do this in the most extenuating circumstances and our other properties are very high quality as well. We do this to secure your stay at Lovely Bella Sirena and to not impact your vacation plans as much as we possibly can. (WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY FAILURE OF EQUIPMENT THAT NEEDS REPAIRS WHILE YOU ARE IN THE CONDO. WE TAKE GREAT MEASURES & EFFORTS TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS WORKING PROPERLY; HOWEVER, THINGS DO BREAK DOWN FROM TIME TO TIME AND WE WILL DO OUR VERY BEST EFFORTS TO REPAIR DURING YOUR STAY TO MINIMIZE IMPACT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. (Including but not limited to: Resort Amenities, WI-FI, Telephone, HVAC, Grille, Plumbing etc...)
Per HOA Rules & regulations:
- All Off Road Vehicles have a special designated parking area inside the gates of Bella Sirena and are secure with our 24 hour Security Staff & the gates remain closed.
- No loud music/noises after 10:00pm.
-No pets allowed to guests renting; however, there are owners who have pets & there is a leash requirement.
-No Smoking in the property or public areas of Bella Sirena. Per Mexico, you are permitted to smoke outside the front gates or on the beach.
-Supervise children when in Pools.
-Please obey all laws of Mexico.
-Please DO NOT not disconnect or change any cables, plugs or cords connected to WI-FI, Phone or TV's.

Property is immaculate. Spotless and comfortable. The place is spacious, we enjoyed the terrace with a covered patio and 3 different terrace spaces with plenty of seating including lounge chairs and a large table to accommodate outdoor dining. The unit offered an upscale private bbq, beach towels, top of the line washer and dryer , beach/pool towels, kayaks, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, plenty of premium bath towels, premium bedding and pillows. Private access to the resort through the terrace to an immediate large pool and big jacuzzi. The resort overall feels safe with a security gate at the entrance. It is clean and well kept. The main pool has live entertainment which was very enjoyable. Drinks and food were also great. Access to private sandy beach just a few steps away through the lush, tropical-feeling landscape. Staff were friendly, checking in was a breeze. We will definitely stay there again.

Clean and organized. The unit had everything we needed. Sheets and towels were nice. Access to the pools and beach were amazing. I’d definitely rent here again.
