New paint, furniture, sheets, pillows and patio furniture. Condo is super clean. Our pantry includes paper plate, red cups, plastic silverware, coffee filters.

My family and I recently stayed at the Sonoran Spa Beach Resort in Puerto Peñasco, and it was absolutely amazing. The condo had a breathtaking beachfront view directly off the patio, overlooking the ocean. Being on the sixth floor made the view even more spectacular — the sunsets were unforgettable.The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Rocky Point Tom and his team made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly made this a beautiful family getaway.We will definitely be booking with Rocky Point Tom again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an incredible Rocky Point experience.

This condo has an amazing ocean view from the balcony. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.
