About this apartment rental
Recently renovated studio, located at the best beach area. No kitchen but small fridge and microwave ara provided. Queen size bed, Wifi, AC, Tv with Roku (Netflix, youtube, etc).
Three restaurants across the street, and one by the beach really close.
Convenience store across the street.
Flexible All Inclusive option for food and drinks - Pay only for the day(s) you want it - decide as your vacation unfolds (today $90 usd p/p per day)
Gym, tenis court, ping pong.
Spa (extra fee)
Renovated condo-hotel. You can use amenities for free like lounge chairs, beds, tents, pools.
Restaurants and bars inside the hotel: only for people with all inclusive bracelet. However you can take your own food or drinks to the pool (no glass).
Coffee shop at lobby, convenience store 24/7 across the street.
15 minutes from the airport and a few minutes from malls and the heart of the hotel zone where the night life takes action.
Public bus stop right there.
If it´s not available please ask us, we have many listings in the same building and also in another spot of the hotel zone
Pets: The condominium only allows if under 15 pounds
Cleaning protocol:
We commit to a strict cleaning protocol, following step by step a checklist.
We prepare for a safer cleaning with the right cleaning supplies. We ventilate the rooms and make a deep cleaning with protective equipment double checking all the high-touch surfaces. All linens are washed at the highest heat setting recommended by the manufacturer.
Then a company sanitize with safe EPA authorized disinfectant.
You will be empowered with hand sanitizer and disinfectant spray.
Before your arrival:
You must send us ID´s of all the guests coming and airport where you come from.
At your arrival:
In house staff will take your temperature. You will not be allowed to get in with 99.5 F or more (37.5 C)
Your bags, shoes and belongings will be sanitized and will be required to sign a special commitment for using the facilites.
At common aereas: the condo-hotel has a first class cleaning and sanitizing standards with well prepared measures. Social distance is mandatory and the staff follows a cleaning protocol.
Studio daily cleaning: extra housekeeping available if you ask us (for an extra rate).
The fee paid when booking is for check out cleaning.
Towels: we provide bath and beach towels.
As we are not a hotel we don´t replace them everyday, but we will be happy to give you fresh if you need

This was my first time traveling to Mexico alone, and I felt completely safe, comfortable and at ease here.
This place is such a great deal having access to the resort amenities with option (daily) for all inclusive accommodations.
The beach and pool are stunning, the staff are absolutely wonderful people.
This unit was perfect for one person but would be great for a two people as well.
Big shower, comfy bed, everything was super clean and comfortable.
I will be staying here on my next trip!

Spent a week at a resort spa . We enjoyed place. Beach was great. Warm weather with
sun and water just perfect to take a swim. It was nice to be able to choose to use
all inclusive for a day. We enjoyed going to Tulum , Coba and Playa de Carmen for a
day. Great package deals across the street next to 19.5 restaurant which was awesome
food. Navios elegant dining across the street watching the sunset and eating delicious
fish.
We had a studio room. Nice. Large bathroom with walk in shower. Table , microwave
and small refrigerator was perfect. Owner was nice and responded and took care of any questions or requests.
