ESTUDIO 3a SOBRE LA PLAYA, EXCELENTE OPCIÓN

This hotel was the perfect balance for my desires. Clean. Quiet. On the beach. Dog friendly. The fridge, microwave, kettle etc in the room were all we needed to comfortably have breakfast and lunch in the room/as picnics. R1/R2 bus stops (12pesos/ride) right outside the hotel made it easy to get to busier areas for evening meals. Other rooms were all-inclusive, but being a smaller maybe more expensive property for the all inclusive side, I saw zero annoying belligerent drunken-ness. No loud pool side “entertainment”, just tasteful Latin music. I did pay the $35USD fee one day (Sunday brunch) to try the buffet breakfast. Everything I had was delicious, couldn’t have asked for more. And while that felt like a steep price to buy into for one meal, a similar buffet meal in my hometown is now over $100CAD. The hosts were not on site, and not affiliated with the OLEO hotel in which this suite is sitauted, but were very responsive when messaged via the booking.com app. They answered every question, and responded to every need/request I had quickly (although I did not have many needs beyond what they had already set up/provided). Also appreciated the fee based coffee/snack shop on the property. They made good lattes, and their snacks appeared to be fairly priced for tourist hotel food. The hotel is clean. The common areas were scrubbed clean each night. Bathrooms, pool deck, lobby/bar/couches… all cleaned well. Oxxo conveniently across the street for cheaper snacks etc. Even tacos.

The coffee shop was completely closed on the Sunday, with no signs to let you know so you could plan accordingly. Lounger chairs get claimed early. By 7:30 all pool deck loungers were claimed. And then often seemed to sit vacant for 1/2 the day.

Owner quickly responded to repair request. Non exclusive option for us non drinkers. Close to store and restaurant.

Direkt am Strand und man kann den Pool und die Liegestühle vom Hotel kostenlos benutzen. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und auch komfortabel. Wir konnten auch für ca. 20.- extra um 16:00 auschecken da wir einen Abendflug hatten. Belen, die sich um die Gäste kümmert, war sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. ÖV, die roten Busse die die Hotelzone rauf und runter fahren, vor der Haustür. Sie fahren gefühlt jede Minute und ein Ticket kostet ca. .-50 Rappen/ € Cent. Gegenüber hat es zwei Restaurants, eins davon ein bisschen teurer und auch sehr gut. OXXO ist auch da.

Es wird als „Studio“ verkauft, ist aber eigentlich nur ein Zimmer mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Geschirr. Sollte vielleicht auf den Fotos besser gezeigt werden. Preis/Leistung hat aber gestimmt. Man konnte auch kein Fenster öffnen. Liegt aber auch am Gebäude.
