Outstanding Super Bowl weekend in New Orleans. The place was perfect for our party of 8

The house was pretty much exactly as the pictures and description provided. There were several repair items that we addressed upon our arrival that were mostly taken care of. The main disappointment was that the hot tub was more like a tepid tub. There were 5 of us and 3 of us tried to get the temperature higher and we even contacted the PM, but it was never hotter than "warm." Bummer.
