About this house rental
You'll love this slice of paradise located in an hidden upscale community with your own private dock, breathtaking sunsets, water views, serene, and much wildlife not usually seen on many areas of the Island. This is one of the most beautiful spots on Folly Beach!
This home is handsomely appointed to add to your comfort and make you feel right at home. All details have been considered. The fully equipped kitchen is a plus for those who love to cook those family meals.

The Amazing "Sunset" House
There aren't many River/Inlet homes offered on "Folly" for vacation rentals. It's a well kept secret to be on the water with a dock to enjoy kayaking, boating, shrimping, crabbing, fishing, sunbathing, taking dips, or just hanging out on a float with a cool drink away from the crowds. Or, enjoy the sound of the fountain on the lower porch and the firepit on a chilly night.
Watching all of the wildlife around you such as pelicans, dolphins, seagulls, and even an Eagle along the way is fantastic and so relaxing that you may just skip the beach all together. However, you're not far from it to eat out, hang out, or whatever you desire.
All 4 bedrooms are well appointed including shades and curtains for resting comfortably. Nice bed linens are a must with plenty of soft plush towels for your stay. Televisions are located in all 3 of the upstairs bedrooms, in the sunroom and main den. You’ll also have many sitting and eating areas inside and out! If you want some privacy, there’s several decks and porches to spend some “alone time “.
The sunroom overlooks the breathtaking views of the inlet and is a favorite spot for most. Relax, enjoy the sites, dine, watch a little tv, or sit in the rocker and read a good book.
The large kitchen has ALL that you need show off your culinary talents. Lots of nice cooking wear and pretty dishes to add to a great dining experience.
If peace and tranquility id on your list, you’ll enjoy this unique home and will make many beautiful memories with your friends and family, for sure!
I recommend the following to enjoy your time at the "Sunset" House:
Beach cart, Bikes, Kayaks, fishing gear or charter fishing, river tours, which all can be rented at "Folly". Visit follybeach.com or cityoffollybeach.com for rental companies, information on our 27 restaurants on the Island, special events and activities that Folly Beach has to offer. You'll be very busy, IF YOU WANT Or Not.
