About this apartment rental
Welcome to Cuspido, a very spacious apartment that mixes Persian and Mexican design sensibilities to form an elegant, unique, lush and colourful space.
Sleeping: 1 x queen bed in bedroom + 1 x cozy queen memory foam mattress to setup (only upon request) in the living room or office.
In the living room: Enjoy access to our diverse library (poetry, art, design. architecture, philosophy, sciences, etc), the comfy stylish pink L-couch, work spaces, dining table, and hammock. We have a projector+ Apple tv that you can simply plug-in, watch movies and/or stream from your own device. We also have speakers you can access with airplay/wifi. In this room we have an air conditioner unit in the summer, and 3 floor heaters and plus a zero-emission wood burning fireplace for the cooler winter months.
In our kitchen: Enjoy cooking in a bright space on a GE Cafe stove. Living so close to the Jean Talon market, we love to cook, so have pretty much everything you will need to feel at home in our kitchen. All of our spices, tools, utensils and dishes are available for your use. We have a coffee press and for guests to use, please just provide your own coffee :)
Off the kitchen you can enjoy our private balcony where (in the summer) you will feel like you are in a tree fort. We have a table out there with chairs. Surrounded by the sound of birds chirping, it’s a very peaceful and quiet oasis in the midst of the busy city! The perfect place to have your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Feel free to help yourself to our herb garden :)
In our bathroom: enjoy a rejuvenating soak or shower in our deep bathtub. Towels, soap and shampoo are provided. We recently upgraded a bathroom wall with roman clay paint, giving the room an earthy and refreshing vibe. We also have a Tushy bidet :P
The bedroom: enjoy your sleep and rest in a comfy bed (Endy mattress + memory foam pillows, with an additional memory foam mattress under bed if needed) that overlooks a historic (1910) wooden wall we revealed last year! This room is super grounding.
In the studio: Enjoy 2 large work desks (2k monitor + mixing/studio speakers available if need be). There is a door that closes in this room, so it’s perfect if you need privacy while you work. We also have an air conditioner unit in this room that helps cool the studio and bedroom if need be. There is a front balcony off this room that leads you to the front exit of the apartment.
