It includes a large renovated tiled bath with glass shower enclosure, queen-size Murphy bed, flat-screen TV, dining table, and outside patio with table and chairs. The unit also offers central air and heating. On-site parking is available for rent.

If you are bringing your car, Onsight parking is available at $15 per night or $250/mo. Please let us know if you will need a parking space and we will reserve the space for you.
we must know ahead of time if you would like to reserve the spot, if the parking is not needed it will be rented to another tenant.

Spent the week staying at the property while visiting family nearby. Great location on a quiet side street. Property was clean and very well maintained. Great place to have a private retreat during a busy week with family.
