An additional fee of $75 per person, per day/night applies if the number of guests present at any time exceeds the original number booked. This fee is calculated based on the total number of days reserved.
Before checkout, the dishwasher must be emptied, and all dishes and utensils must be washed and returned to their original locations. Failure to comply will result in a $100 fee. Reservations exceeding seven consecutive days incur an additional cleaning fee of $199.
Smoking is permitted on the property's grounds but is strictly prohibited inside the home. Guests are responsible for cleaning and remediation costs resulting from indoor smoking. Illegal drug use is prohibited. Any such use may result in termination of the reservation and immediate removal from the property, subject to applicable law.
We take pride in maintaining the property and providing a comfortable guest experience. Décor, furnishings, and other details may occasionally change, so some items may differ from listing photographs or descriptions. Although we strive to keep all amenities in excellent working condition, unexpected maintenance issues may arise. Repairs will be addressed as promptly as possible; however, refunds or partial refunds will not be provided for individual items or amenities that are temporarily unavailable.
The primary Guest must provide the Host with a valid government-issued driver's license or identification card displaying the Guest's legal name and current address for preparation and execution of the Rental Agreement and Hold Harmless Agreement. Both agreements must be completed and signed before access to or occupancy of the property is granted. Failure to provide identification or execute the required agreements may result in denial of access. If the Guest declines to execute the agreements after the reservation has been confirmed through VRBO, that refusal does not, by itself, establish entitlement to cancel the reservation or receive a refund. Any cancellation or refund remains subject to the Host's stated cancellation policy and applicable VRBO policies and terms.
The parties intend this arrangement to constitute a transient vacation rental for temporary lodging purposes only, rather than a residential lease or month-to-month tenancy. The Guest's right to occupy the property is limited to the confirmed reservation period and is subject to the Rental Agreement. Any breach of the Agreement or expiration of the authorized booking period may require the Guest to vacate the property, subject to applicable law.

Great location! The house was perfect size for our family stay with plenty of amenities and activities. Our host was very prompt in her communication and addressed all our needs in a timely manner.

Two families booked this together to stay as we were playing at the OGP Ladera for basketball. The owner was prompt in all her responses and allowed us to pay a little more for check in early. Th house shows “normal wear and tear” but nothing too bad. The location was perfect for our travel and had we stayed longer the amenities would have been great to use. I would say we would stay again. A few items I would have liked to know and maybe others would as well. The toilets in every bathroom are what we call “toddler” toilets. They literally are so low that the are similar to the ones we use in daycares. Anyone who needs a regular or ADA toilet would have had a hard time. The outside stairs to the game room has a safety bar that needs some attention.
