3 bedroom/ 4 bath model home includes fully upgraded kitchen and bathrooms and an additional upstairs loft that the kids will love. 15 minutes to the beach. 2,600 square feet of living space, this home is a wonderful family rental. Outdoor dining with built-in bbq.

We had a great experience renting this property for 5 weeks. We did a home renovation and needed a home away from home while our house was being worked on. Our family of 6 fit nicely in this Ladera home. Alexa was very responsive to any needs or issues we had. Home is well kept and in a very nice neighborhood. Thank you again for allowing us to use the home for our extended stay.

We had a very memorable Christmas thanks to Alexa and her beautiful home! She left behind a fresh Christmas tree and many decorations for us to enjoy during our stay. We had plenty of room for our party of 7 plus 2 yorkies. The home is very clean, comfortable, and peaceful. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

We've rented this same property for an extended stay with the family both of the last two summers and had a great experience on both occasions. The house is well located in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, freeways and the beach. It is clean and well-maintained. Alexa, the owner, is great to work with. Very accommodating and helpful!
