Minutes to charming downtown Venice and Venice Airport. Master ensuite bedroom with king size bed, organic mattress. Second bedroom is set up as a home office with desk, printer. Well stocked kitchen with eat-in kitchen table. Oversized lanai is a dream- breathtaking views, incredible sunsets. Large capacity washer and dryer. Whole house water and air filtration. 'Green clean'- unit cleaned with non-toxic products prior to your arrival. Monthly rentals- minimum 4 week stays. Max occupancy 2 adults, no additional overnight guests. No smoking in unit or property, no pets. Please note: much of coastal Florida can and has been affected by 'red tide' from time to time. No guarantees/refunds related to such conditions.

These hosts are terrific. They respond cheerfully to requests. For example, they installed cable TV, and bought a microwave oven for the unit, at my request for no additional cost. Hat tip to fantastic hosts. Also, the place is gorgeous. If you like being lulled to sleep by the surf of the Gulf of Mexico, just out the front door, you should book a stay. David J. MacLaughlin
