About this villa rental
Traditional 170m² air-conditioned villa with 150m² terrace surrounded by a 1650m² garden with swimming pool (4m by 8m) and 600m from the large Nartelle beach, a 5-minute walk away. The villa comprises three bedrooms, a shower room, a bathroom/WC, a kitchen, a lounge/dining room, separate WC and an office. A maisonette forms the 4th bedroom with a shower room and separate toilet. On the terrace, you'll also find a summer kitchen with fridge and plancha.
In the main villa, on the ground floor, there is a 45m² living/dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, toaster, kettle, gas hob, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, etc.), a utility room adjoining the kitchen with a 2nd fridge/freezer and a washing machine, a separate toilet, a shower room and an office with two screens that are available to tenants, with internet access.
