A successful vacation is crowned by high-quality and comfortable accommodation. Svingipolku 5 offers a stylish setting in a new log-built villa, which is completed in 2023. Location is ideal in all seasons due to the villa being located near the center of Levi. For example, a golf course and the ski slopes can be reached easily. This stylish, four-bedroom villa is designed for eight people. The villa's high level equipment and modern interior designed by Interior Design Seija Strand Oy bring quality, functionality, and comfort to your vacation.
The ground floor (96,8m2) of the villa has a modern open kitchen connected to the living room. Room height in the villa is more than 5 meters. There are large windows facing the forest, making the living area peaceful and private. The living room has a fireplace and 75” TV. In addition, on the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms, a separate WC, wardrobe, sauna, washroom, and utility room. The dressing room has a drying cabinet for outdoor clothes and access to the covered terrace. On the upper floor (26,6 m2), there is a living area with a TV, two double bedrooms, and WC. The villa is equipped with a wireless Internet connection.
The storage and maintenance facilities for skis and golf equipment are located in a separate area of the garage building. In the yard, there is an atmospheric cooking hut (Timapuu-brand), which offers space for up to 10 people. The use of the hut is included in the rent.
For cars, there is a spacious parking area and two wall outlets.
