Great location, beautiful home, spacious, clean. Loved the back yard. The office space was very helpful. Love the games. Love the location, it was not right down town but minutes from everything. Someone put charcoal in gas grill so we were not able to use it and could not get hot water in the master bathroom sink.

It was a pleasant visit. Purpose of our trip was to visit with new grandson whose parents live in the neighborhood. This property was exactly what we were looking for for this visit.
We are veterans of the vacation rental experience and would like to share the following.
Pros: 1) excellent communication with host, prompt responses to all requests 2) very convenient location 3) comfortable bed in Master. 4) Great, well equipped kitchen.
Suggestions: 1) provide lighter bedding/blankets for the summer months 2) install a TV in Master bedroom. (every rental we have stayed in has one) 3) Dining room furniture needs an upgrade for sure.
This home is a perfect rental for a couple or a small family and I would definitely recommend it. Close to everything Navarre has to offer.

The property was not as advertised. The yard was in pretty bad condition. The "grounds keeper" had cut down a palm tree and left it laying in the yard. The grass had been cut but noone bothered to run the weedeater so everything was overgrown around the parameters of the yard. There were wasp and bees nest everywhere. The grounds keeper would rather make excuses than fix the problem. However, the property manager, tanya, and her team were absolutely wonderful! They did everything they could do to make a bad experience, better! I
