Located just metres from the foreshore, this modern two-bedroom, one-bathroom ground-floor apartment offers an effortless beachfront stay in the heart of Rosebud. With open-plan living, a sleek fully equipped kitchen and a spacious covered terrace, the apartment is designed for relaxed coastal living with the beach just metres from your doorstep. Sleeping up to 6 guests, it’s ideal for families or couples looking to unwind by the bay.
The light-filled living and dining space features split-system heating and cooling for year-round comfort and flows seamlessly to the large covered terrace, complete with sun loungers and outdoor dining. Surrounded by leafy treescapes and accompanied by the soothing sounds of waves and birdlife, it’s a peaceful space to enjoy morning coffee or relaxed evenings outdoors. The kitchen is well appointed for easy meals at home, whether you’re staying for a weekend or longer.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed plus single bunk beds
Set right on the foreshore, you’ll love the convenience of cafes and restaurants located below the apartment—perfect for a coffee or casual meal without even crossing the road. Rosebud’s shopping precinct, public transport and the iconic Rosebud Pier are all within easy reach, while the playground next door and beach out front make this an easy, memorable choice for family holidays by the bay.
Strictly no pets.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
