Welcome to my small studio located only a short walk from the prestigious Champs-Élysées. Enjoy a peaceful and cozy stay in one of the most vibrant cities in the world. A stone's throw to the subway station Franklin D. Roosevelt, discover all the attractions of Paris with ease. The accommodation is south-facing on an inner courtyard for a quiet and peaceful stay. The space
My studio includes a cocooning living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate a child, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, fridge, washer-dryer and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. You will also have a small bathroom with shower and a private bathroom. The "queen size" bed is on a mezzanine reached by stairs, but be careful of the ceiling height which is low.
The accommodation is south-facing and located on an inner courtyard for a peaceful, quiet, quiet stay. For hot days, we also have mobile air conditioning at your disposal.

The host was amazing. We stayed in first week of June . First time with our kid. They were ao kind to accomodate special request and infact mentioend that we should enjoy the city without stress of the specail request. The room was small ( typical for accomdation within city center) but neat. Location was the best. Just a couple of minutes walk to the main champ de elysee streeet with all the shopping. It was very secure. Only thing was the code we recueved in chwckin email was different and had to wait for thr host to message it again. Its on the 4 th floor but thankfully there is a rwally small elevator which we uses to gwt our luggages up.It waa suffiicienr for our way and we likes the most was the helpfull nature of the host.
