This Ocean Front condo is in a great location in Carolina Beach! Enjoy the expansive views of the Ocean, gorgeous Sunrises while sipping coffee on the large balcony, and your proximity to all the attractions in the area! A quick drive to Ft. Fischer aquarium, Freeman Park, walk to events at the lake or the newly expanded boardwalk. Grab your flip-flops and prepare to relax! This condo is fully loaded and ready to be your summer vacation destination!
This condo has a very open feel and fantastic ocean views! The cozy living room has a wall of windows leading to the balcony, so you can see the ocean from anywhere in the main living spaces. It's open to the dining area with a small table as well as the kitchen that has additional bar stool seating. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you'd need to cook a meal during your stay. There is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, a bunk bed off the entrance, and a sofa bed making it the ideal stay for up to 6 guests. You'll love sipping your morning coffee on the balcony or unwinding at the end of the day while enjoying the sea breeze. Please note - this unit is on the second floor of the building and stairs are required to access the property.
Guests will have access to the entire condo, balcony, and community pool. We have a locked owner's closet for our storage, but other than that you will be able to use everything in the condo. We provide a parking pass for 1 car in the lot at the complex.
lease Note: The community pool is available seasonally, through Memorial Day-Labor Day. The HOA reserves the right to adjust these dates based on weather, safety inspections, or maintenance needs.
There is currently a beach re-nourishment project being done in Carolina and Kure beach. This project takes place every 3 years and helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

I cannot be more happy and grateful at how accommodating and helpful the host was! I’ve never had an owner be so quick to answer back and help me out! We will be going back again!!! And the condo was clean, well equipped, and perfectly located! I’ve never found a more perfect spot!

Beautiful view of the Ocean. Very clean and nicely decorated too! Perfect hosts and very accommodating. I have told friends and family about Blue Latitude and would highly recommend to anyone! Easy access to beach too!Rhonda West

Overall, this is a nice looking and well-appointed condo. However, as we were finishing dinner, a family of roaches joined us on the island. They saw our faces and then scurried under the stove. Needless to say, that ended our dinner.
