House is very clean, spacious, all utilities are new and in excellent shape. Our host, Giada, was excellent in everything, very helpful and very quick to respond to anything we needed even restaurant recommendations or reservations. She was huge part of this pleasant stay. We enjoyed our stay here and we would come back in future.

Our last-minute booking in Costa Smeralda exceeded our expectations. The villa was pristinely clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfortable that our teenage kids didn’t want to get up. Spending time by the pool and the patios with the beautiful views of the sea and mountains was an unforgettable experience. Located closely to the Olbia airport and Costa Smeralda, 2 minutes’ walk to the most beautiful beach with turquoise color water of Baia Caddinas with nearby restaurants, bars and spas. We highly recommend it to families with kids.
