Newly built house with a large garden is located in a quiet area only 35 meters from the sea. It is perfect for families or groups of friends because it can accommodate up to 8 people. From the living room comes to a large terrace with seating furniture and an outdoor grill. The specialty of this house is a large playground for children on the upper floor. Ist is a small island off the Dalmatian coast. The closest big city to Ist is Zadar. The island has a size of 9.65 km2. There are around 200 residents and the number doubles in the summer but very relaxed holiday conditions still prevail. High season is July and August, the true beauty of the island comes into its own in June and September. Not only are the prices lower, but the perfect weather conditions and relaxed atmosphere ensure that you can really relax. It will delight you with the simplicity of life that can be experienced in many parts of the island today.

The island of Ist is an ideal place to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and it is also a true paradise for nature lovers.
